The mood on Dolores Street is a combination of timelessness and hustle-bustle, and I tried to capture these aspects in my latest tribute to my favorite seaside village this side of Britain. I hope this Carmel painting will bring a bit of the charm and energy of one of America's most quaint villages to people all over!
